Balenciaga is hiring a Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) in Toronto (Yorkdale Shopping Centre) to drive sales and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales to achieve and exceed targets while delivering exceptional client service and personalised clienteling.
  • Perform store keyholder duties including opening and closing procedures, safe and cash register management, and ensuring timely bank deposits.
  • Assist the Store Director in overseeing daily store operations and support the team in balancing sales, merchandising, operations and personnel management.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure easy access to merchandise and accurate inventory control.
  • Partner with stock and operations colleagues to minimise shrinkage through disciplined loss-prevention practices and operational execution.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and communicate visual standards from store management and corporate to the sales team.
  • Manage store maintenance and presentation: fixtures, lighting, carpeting and supplies, sustaining the highest standards of in-store presentation.
  • Respond to customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to protect client satisfaction and brand integrity.
  • Follow, enforce and provide feedback on the store operations manual and applicable sustainability policies at local and global levels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar retail or fashion role, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and to produce measurable commercial results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness, business acumen and a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on developing the business and sustaining high personal performance.

Experience
