Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
  • Ensure the stockroom is organized for easy merchandise access.
  • Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations.
  • Maintain balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Facilitate effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Manage store shrinkage and ensure cash register and safe operations.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion companies.
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
  • Strategic vision for business development and high personal performance.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a comparable position, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
