Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) position in Santa Clara, CA. Hourly rate $22–$25 USD. Luxury retail opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive client engagement and product expertise
- Execute opening and closing procedures in compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Organize and maintain stockroom to ensure efficient merchandise accessibility for all staff members
- Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including sales, inventory, and personnel management
- Manage cash registers and safe operations, enforce back-of-house cash handling protocols, and facilitate timely bank deposits
- Implement visual display and merchandising standards as directed by Store Manager and Corporate office
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store facilities, fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and exterior spaces
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, monitor shrinkage, and partner with operations and sales teams to minimize loss
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Communicate company information regarding visual standards and operational updates to the team
- Enforce all sustainability and compliance policies established by the company at local and global levels
- Support and enforce store operations manual; provide constructive feedback on necessary updates or procedural changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion industry role
- Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual and store goals
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client relationship management
- Strong inventory and loss prevention acumen
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Ability to manage store opening and closing procedures

Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion companies, with demonstrated success in driving sales, managing inventory, and overseeing store operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or related coursework preferred
