Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain an organized stockroom to facilitate easy access to merchandise.
  • Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Manage store shrinkage and ensure operational execution with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
  • Ensure cash registers and safe function properly and maintain cash accuracy.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises.
  • Ensure proper levels of supplies and maintain store property standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
  • Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
  • Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a similar role within the retail or fashion industry.

Compensation

The hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
