Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) in New York. Lead luxury retail operations, drive sales, and manage store supervision at the Greene Street flagship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through strategic client engagement and consultative selling
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Manage stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention initiatives in partnership with the operations team
- Support Store Director in day-to-day operations oversight, including cash handling, register management, and bank deposit reconciliation
- Supervise visual display implementation and merchandising installations aligned with corporate standards and brand directives
- Maintain store cleanliness, maintenance standards, and facility upkeep including fixtures, shelving, lighting, and supply levels
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately, ensuring satisfaction and brand reputation
- Implement and enforce company sustainability policies and operational procedures across all store activities
- Communicate visual standards and corporate updates to the sales team, ensuring consistent brand execution
- Develop balanced expertise across sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail or fashion retail supervision or client advisory roles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue in a retail environment
- Strong operational management skills with demonstrated ability to manage inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Commercial awareness and business acumen with genuine passion for the fashion industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Strategic vision and personal drive to develop business performance

Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar retail supervisory or client advisory role, preferably within other luxury fashion or premium retail companies. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed targets, with demonstrated success in managing store operations, team coordination, and customer relationship management in a high-performance retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail management or fashion retail certification preferred.
