Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Execute opening and closing procedures in compliance with company policies
  • Organize and maintain stockroom to ensure seamless merchandise access for all staff
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations in coordination with store management
  • Balance performance across sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management
  • Communicate effectively with all departments, stores, colleagues, and staff
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Implement and enforce store operations manual; provide recommendations for improvements
  • Monitor and enforce all sustainability policies at local and global levels
  • Minimize store shrinkage through sound operational execution and inventory management
  • Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning correctly and maintain accuracy standards
  • Oversee timely bank deposits and back-of-house cash procedures
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation according to brand standards
  • Communicate visual standards and corporate directives to the store team
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store interior and exterior
  • Maintain highest standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and store supplies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual and store goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Experience
