Balenciaga seeks an experienced Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) for its Madison Avenue location in New York. Manage retail operations and drive sales in an iconic luxury fashion setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through strategic selling and exceptional client service
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for the retail location with attention to operational standards and security protocols
  • Organize and maintain stockroom to ensure efficient merchandise access and inventory control
  • Assist Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing store policies
  • Balance responsibilities across sales performance, operational execution, merchandising implementation, and personnel management
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff across multiple locations
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • Implement and enforce store operations manual, providing constructive feedback on procedural updates
  • Support and enforce all sustainability and corporate social responsibility policies at both local and global levels
  • Monitor and reduce store shrinkage through sound operational execution and inventory management partnerships
  • Ensure cash registers and safe function properly, maintaining accuracy standards and timely bank deposit procedures
  • Implement visual displays and merchandising standards as directed by Store Manager and corporate guidelines
  • Communicate all visual and merchandising standards to the team with consistency and clarity
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store interior and exterior spaces
  • Maintain highest standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and property upkeep
  • Ensure adequate supplies are stocked and replenished at all times

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion management role
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual and store goals
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with genuine passion for the fashion industry
  • Strategic vision to develop business performance and personal excellence
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
