Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales to achieve and exceed targets through proactive clientelling and floor leadership.
- Perform and oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and cash handling standards.
- Maintain an organised stockroom and efficient inventory workflows so merchandise is readily accessible to the sales team.
- Assist the Store Director with day‑to‑day store operations, balancing sales, merchandising, personnel management and administrative duties.
- Partner with operations and stock teams to minimise shrinkage and enforce loss‑prevention controls.
- Ensure registers and safe are controlled, accurate and that timely bank deposits and cash reconciliations occur.
- Support implementation of visual merchandising directives and communicate visual standards and updates to the team.
- Oversee store cleanliness, upkeep of fixtures, lighting and supplies, and ensure the store presentation meets House standards.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback proactively, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
- Adhere to and promote the store operations manual and local/global sustainability policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a comparable retail role, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal and store sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
- Strategic orientation with the ability to develop the business and deliver high personal performance.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of progressive retail experience in a similar role, ideally within fashion or luxury brands, with demonstrated success in sales and basic supervisory duties.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 26 per hour.
