Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist management in daily store operations and personnel oversight.
  • Foster balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback promptly.
  • Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Partner with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
  • Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly with accurate cash handling.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of fixtures and supplies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
