Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and client relationship building
- Execute opening and closing store procedures in strict accordance with company policies and operational standards
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient merchandise accessibility for staff and optimal inventory control
- Assist Store Director in overseeing day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and performance management
- Balance excellence across sales, operations, visual merchandising, and personnel management to drive holistic store performance
- Maintain professional interpersonal communication with all departments, partner stores, colleagues, and staff
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately, ensuring resolution satisfaction
- Implement and enforce the store operations manual consistently, providing recommendations for updates and improvements
- Enforce sustainability policies and practices established by the company at both local and global levels
- Minimize store shrinkage through strategic coordination with stock associates, operations managers, and sales teams
- Monitor cash register functionality and safe procedures, enforcing back-of-house standards for cash accuracy and timely bank deposits
- Oversee implementation of visual displays and merchandising standards as directed by Store Manager and corporate guidelines
- Communicate corporate visual standards and merchandising directives to the sales team
- Supervise daily cleaning and physical maintenance of store interiors and exteriors to the highest standards
- Maintain store fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and equipment in optimal condition and presentation
- Ensure adequate supply levels and proper storage of operational materials at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar retail supervisory or keyholder role
- Experience within luxury retail, fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Proven track record of managing store operations including inventory, loss prevention, and cash handling
- Strong visual merchandising acumen and understanding of luxury brand presentation standards
- Proficiency in multi-tasking within fast-paced retail environments

Experience
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar retail supervisory, keyholder, or client advisor role, preferably within luxury fashion, premium retail, or high-end lifestyle brands. Proven ability to drive sales results while maintaining operational excellence and managing multiple complex responsibilities in demanding retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further retail management certification or luxury retail training highly valued.
