Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) in King of Prussia — boutique sales and store operations leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store-wide sales goals whilst maintaining service excellence
- Execute opening and closing procedures according to company protocols
- Organize and maintain stockroom to ensure optimal merchandise accessibility for staff
- Assist management with day-to-day store operations and personnel coordination
- Maintain integrated strength across sales, operations, merchandising, and team management
- Foster clear and effective communication across all departments, locations, and team members
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately
- Implement and enforce store operations manual consistently whilst providing feedback on necessary updates
- Support and enforce company-wide sustainability policies at both local and global levels
- Minimize store shrinkage through operational excellence in partnership with stock and sales teams
- Monitor cash registers and safe operations; enforce cash handling accuracy and timely bank deposits
- Implement visual displays and merchandising standards in alignment with brand directives
- Communicate visual standards and corporate guidelines to the team as required
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior store spaces
- Maintain highest standards for store fixtures, shelving, lighting, and supplies functionality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion retail role
- Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales targets
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and business acumen within the fashion industry
- Strategic vision to develop business performance and personal achievement
- Strong interpersonal and team management capabilities
Skills
Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies. Proven track record of driving sales results and exceeding performance targets in a dynamic retail environment.
