Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling and clienteling.
- Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Support the Store Director in day‑to‑day store operations and act as on‑site keyholder in their absence.
- Maintain an organised, accessible stockroom and partner with operations staff to control shrinkage.
- Ensure cash‑handling accuracy: supervise registers, secure safe procedures and timely bank deposits.
- Implement and communicate visual merchandising standards as directed by the Store Manager.
- Manage store upkeep: supervise cleanliness, fixtures, lighting and overall presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly, escalating when appropriate to protect the client experience.
- Enforce store operations manuals and sustainability policies; provide feedback to improve local execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar retail role, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a selling environment.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast‑paced context.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Experience
At least three years in retail sales or store operations with demonstrable success in driving sales and supporting store management; prior experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal retail/fashion coursework preferred.
