Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) position in Dallas, Texas. Join our luxury fashion team and lead store operations with sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through expert product knowledge and client consultation
  • Lead opening and closing store procedures in full compliance with company policies and standards
  • Organize and maintain stockroom systems to facilitate efficient staff access to merchandise and inventory management
  • Assist store management in overseeing daily operations, including staff coordination and customer service excellence
  • Monitor and minimize store shrinkage through sound operational execution and partnership with operations and sales teams
  • Oversee cash register and safe operations, ensuring accuracy of cash handling and timely bank deposits
  • Implement visual displays and merchandising initiatives in accordance with corporate standards and store manager direction
  • Maintain highest standards of store cleanliness, fixtures, shelving, lighting, and overall physical presentation
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately, escalating as necessary
  • Communicate and enforce company sustainability policies and store operations manual requirements to the team
  • Ensure adequate levels of operational supplies are maintained at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of retail or fashion industry experience in a similar supervisory or keyholder capacity
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with genuine passion for the fashion industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and multitask effectively

Experience
