Balenciaga seeks a Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) in Dallas, TX — drive sales, support store operations and deliver premium client experiences at Dallas NorthPark.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales to meet or exceed targets through proactive client engagement and clienteling.
- Act as keyholder: perform opening and closing procedures, manage cash registers and ensure timely bank deposits.
- Support the Store Director in day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, task delegation and operational decision-making.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, oversee inventory controls and partner with operations staff to minimise shrinkage.
- Implement and enforce visual merchandising standards and communicate updates from store management and corporate to the sales team.
- Oversee store maintenance, fixtures and supplies to preserve a premium retail environment.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and ensure timely resolution in line with brand standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including sustainability initiatives and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a retail sales or supervisory role, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen with a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and develop a high-performing team.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of progressive retail experience, including demonstrable selling performance and exposure to supervisory or keyholder responsibilities within fashion or luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary studies or vocational training in retail, fashion or business preferred.
