Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales to meet and exceed targets through exceptional client service and proactive selling.
- Perform and oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, safe management and timely bank deposits.
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, staff coordination and execution of the store operations manual.
- Manage stockroom organisation and inventory processes to ensure merchandise is accessible and stock integrity is maintained.
- Support loss prevention initiatives by partnering with sales and operations colleagues to minimise shrinkage.
- Implement visual display and merchandising directives and communicate visual standards to the team.
- Oversee daily store maintenance, fixtures and supplies to maintain brand presentation standards.
- Respond to customer complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring appropriate resolution and escalation where necessary.
- Enforce local and global sustainability policies as required by the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar retail role, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a client-facing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to support and develop high-performing teams.

Experience
At least 3+ years in a comparable retail or fashion role with hands-on experience driving sales, supervising store operations, and participating in visual merchandising and inventory control.
