Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
  • Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist management in daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for updates.
  • Enforce sustainability policies at both local and global levels.
  • Partner with Stock Associate/Operations Manager/Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage.
  • Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Communicate visual standards information to the team as needed.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises.
  • Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.
  • Ensure adequate stock of supplies at all times.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.

Skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen. Strategic vision for business development.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.

Compensation

The hourly rate ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
