Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
- Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized for easy access to merchandise.
- Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
- Maintain balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Ensure effective communication with all departments, stores, colleagues, and staff.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Support and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
- Implement and enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
- Manage store shrinkage in partnership with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team.
- Ensure cash registers and safe function properly and maintain cash/change accuracy.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation as directed.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
- Maintain high standards for store fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion companies.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion sectors, demonstrating a proven track record of driving sales and managing store operations.
