Balenciaga seeks a Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) in Canoga Park, CA. $22–$25/hr. Retail sales and operations role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative client engagement
- Perform opening and closing procedures in compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Manage stockroom organization and merchandise accessibility for optimal operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate cash register operations, safe procedures, and timely bank deposits to ensure financial controls
- Partner with store management and sales team to minimize shrinkage and maintain inventory accuracy
- Oversee visual display implementation and merchandising standards in alignment with corporate directives
- Monitor daily store cleanliness, fixture maintenance, lighting, and physical upkeep of interior and exterior spaces
- Support stock level management and ensure adequate supply levels across store operations
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
- Enforce store operations manual protocols and sustainability policies at all times
- Communicate visual and operational standards to team members as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion-oriented sales role
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets
- Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking within a fast-paced retail environment
