Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales to achieve individual and store targets while delivering exemplary client service and relationship management.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, manage cash registers and ensure timely bank deposits and cash/change accuracy.
  • Assist Store Director in daily store operations, staff supervision and short‑term scheduling; act as keyholder in the Store Director’s absence.
  • Oversee stockroom organisation, inventory control and partner with stock and sales teams to minimise shrinkage.
  • Support implementation of visual merchandising directives and ensure store presentation meets corporate standards.
  • Manage store upkeep: fixtures, lighting, supplies and cleanliness to preserve brand presentation and customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and escalate when necessary; communicate cross‑departmentally to resolve issues.
  • Support and enforce company operational manuals and sustainability policies at the store level; provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar retail or fashion role, ideally with keyholder or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client‑facing retail environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, with a demonstrable passion for the fashion industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strategic outlook with the ability to develop business initiatives and sustain high levels of personal and team performance.

Experience
