Balenciaga Cabazon seeks a Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) to manage store operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and excellent client service.
  • Perform and oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and timely bank deposits.
  • Assist the Store Director in daily operations, including staff coordination, task delegation and problem resolution.
  • Manage stockroom organisation, inventory control and partner with the team to minimise shrinkage.
  • Implement visual merchandising and store presentation standards as directed by management and corporate guidelines.
  • Oversee store maintenance, fixtures and supplies to ensure a pristine customer environment.
  • Ensure customer feedback and complaints are resolved promptly and in line with brand standards.
  • Support adoption and enforcement of sustainability and company operational policies locally and globally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar retail or fashion sales role, with proven results against sales targets.
  • Demonstrable ability to open/close a store and perform cash reconciliation procedures accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Commercial awareness, business acumen and a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
  • Leadership aptitude and the ability to support, coach and motivate sales teams.

Experience

At least 3+ years in retail or fashion sales, with prior responsibility for driving sales, supporting store operations, and contributing to inventory/loss-prevention activities. Experience working as a keyholder or in a supervisory capacity is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or visual merchandising training preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 22 per hour.
