Balenciaga seeks Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) in Boston, MA. Drive sales, manage store operations, and support the team at our Copley Place boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maintaining high performance standards
- Execute opening and closing store procedures in strict adherence to company policies and protocols
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure staff can readily access merchandise and inventory
- Assist store management in overseeing daily operations and tactical execution
- Balance responsibilities across sales, operations, visual merchandising, and team leadership
- Foster clear and effective communication across all departments, stores, and staff members
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly with professionalism and resolution-focused approach
- Implement and enforce store operations manual, providing constructive feedback on procedural updates
- Execute and promote all corporate sustainability and compliance policies at local and global levels
- Minimize store shrinkage through sound operational execution and loss prevention partnerships
- Maintain cash register and safe operations with strict accuracy protocols and timely banking procedures
- Support visual display and merchandising implementation according to brand standards
- Communicate visual standards and corporate directives to the sales team consistently
- Oversee daily cleaning and physical maintenance of both interior and exterior spaces
- Maintain fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies to the highest presentation standards
- Monitor supply levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained at all times
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable retail or fashion retail role
- Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual and team targets
- Strong multitasking capability in fast-paced and dynamic retail environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial awareness and demonstrated business acumen within the fashion industry
- Strategic vision to develop business and sustain high personal performance standards

Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion retail role, with proven ability to drive sales results and exceed performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
