Balenciaga in Boston (Copley Place) seeks a Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) to drive sales, manage store operations and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and personalised service.
- Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Support the Store Director in daily store operations, including staff oversight and prioritisation of tasks.
- Maintain an organised stockroom to ensure efficient access to merchandise and support inventory processes.
- Partner with stock and sales teams to enforce loss-prevention procedures and minimise shrinkage.
- Ensure cash register and safe accuracy, enforce back-of-house cash standards and manage timely bank deposits.
- Assist with implementation of visual displays and merchandising directives to meet the brand's presentation standards.
- Oversee daily store maintenance, fixtures and supplies to uphold the highest presentation and operational standards.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring client recovery and retention.
- Support adoption and enforcement of sustainability policies and the store operations manual, providing feedback for improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar retail or fashion role, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving clienteling activities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a genuine passion for fashion.
- Capacity to assume supervisory responsibilities including opening/closing, cash handling and basic staff coordination.
Skills
Experience
At least 3+ years in a retail sales role within fashion or luxury; demonstrable experience driving sales, supervising day-to-day store operations and partnering on inventory and loss-prevention initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational qualification or degree in retail management, business or a related field preferred.
