Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist management in daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Implement and enforce the store operations manual and provide feedback for updates.
  • Enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
  • Partner with the Stock Associate/Operations Manager/Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage.
  • Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and manage cash handling standards.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
  • Ensure proper levels of supplies are maintained.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.
  • Proven ability to drive sales results, exceeding individual and store goals.
  • Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen. Genuine passion for the fashion industry.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion sector, demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing store operations.
