Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in daily store operations and personnel management.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
- Collaborate with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning correctly and manage cash accuracy.
- Assist in visual merchandising and display implementation as per company standards.
- Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen in the fashion industry.
- Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.
