Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in daily store operations.
- Balance strengths across sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Facilitate effective communication with all departments and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
- Manage store shrinkage and ensure operational execution with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
- Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and maintain cash accuracy.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.
- Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of three years in a comparable role, preferably within the retail or fashion sectors.
