Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Perform and oversee opening and closing procedures in strict accordance with company policies.
  • Support the Store Director in day‑to‑day store operations, including staffing, scheduling and task delegation.
  • Maintain and organise the stockroom to ensure efficient access to merchandise for the sales team.
  • Enforce store operational standards, including cash handling, safe management and timely bank deposits.
  • Partner with Stock and Operations colleagues to minimise shrinkage and implement loss‑prevention measures.
  • Implement and communicate visual merchandising directives and ensure compliance with corporate visual standards.
  • Oversee daily upkeep of the store interior and exterior, maintaining fixtures, lighting, carpeting and supplies.
  • Respond to customer complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring a best‑in‑class client experience.
  • Promote and enforce the company’s sustainability policies at the store level.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a comparable retail or fashion sales role, with keyholder or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a genuine passion for fashion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Demonstrated strategic vision and high personal performance; capable of developing the business and coaching peers.
