Balenciaga is hiring a Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) in Atlanta. Lead sales, manage store operations, and support the Lenox Square team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and meet or exceed individual and store targets through proactive clientelling and consultative selling.
- Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and cash-control standards.
- Assist the Store Director in day-to-day operations, supporting staffing, scheduling and execution of commercial priorities.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom so merchandise is accessible and inventory processes are accurate and efficient.
- Partner with operations and sales teams to minimise shrinkage and enforce loss-prevention measures.
- Ensure registers and the safe operate correctly; enforce back-of-house cash/change accuracy and timely bank deposits.
- Implement and communicate visual display and merchandising directives from the Store Manager and Corporate team.
- Oversee daily maintenance and presentation of the store environment, including fixtures, lighting and supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with discretion and timeliness to protect client relationships and brand reputation.
- Follow, support and enforce the store operations manual and global sustainability policies; provide constructive feedback for updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar retail or fashion role, ideally within high-end luxury retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and contributing to store performance.
- Demonstrable commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience with cash handling, opening/closing procedures and basic loss-prevention protocols.
- Leadership capability to support and develop a high-performing sales team and execute strategic initiatives.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3+ years in a comparable retail or fashion sales role, with experience driving sales, supervising daily store operations and handling inventory and cash-management duties.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, fashion or related discipline preferred.
