Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques and client engagement
  • Act as brand ambassador and host for customers, fostering strong and lasting client relationships
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge while delivering professional customer service
  • Replenish stock, maintain merchandise presentation standards, and ensure quality control
  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and professional appearance of all areas
  • Support store process compliance and follow-up procedures in line with brand guidelines

Qualifications
