Balenciaga seeks a Sales & Client Advisor in Kaohsiung City to drive sales, manage client relationships, and represent the brand with distinction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and sustain daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using appropriate sales techniques and client engagement strategies
- Serve as host for customers, fostering consistent and strong customer relationships through attentive interaction
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and provide excellent, professional customer service aligned with brand standards
- Replenish stock, maintain high merchandise presentation standards, and ensure quality control of all products
- Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards, ensuring all areas reflect the brand aesthetic and grooming requirements
- Support and ensure compliance with all store processes, brand guidelines, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational brand retail environment (preferably luxury fashion)
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- High sense of responsibility and demonstrated team collaboration skills
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably within luxury fashion retail, is required. Related retail or client-facing experience is a significant advantage.
Education
