Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor in Johor Bahru, Malaysia – drive boutique sales and deliver luxury customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through effective sales techniques and client engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver professional, excellence-driven customer service
- Monitor stock levels, maintain impeccable merchandise presentation, and ensure quality control across all items
- Uphold elevated standards of store cleanliness, visual merchandising, personal grooming, and appearance
- Support store compliance processes and assist in the execution of operational procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational luxury brand environment
- Product sensitivity and fashion expertise with awareness of contemporary trends
- Strong sense of responsibility and demonstrated team orientation
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred; retail or luxury fashion experience is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in retail management or luxury brand operations is a plus.
