Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
  • Serve as a host to customers, fostering and strengthening robust customer relationships.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support compliance with store processes and follow-up procedures.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is advantageous.
  • Sensitivity to product and fashion trends with a strong fashion knowledge base.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and team-oriented mindset.

Skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Experience in a similar role within a multinational brand environment is preferred.
