Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor position in Hong Kong. Drive sales, build client relationships, and represent luxury fashion excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using appropriate sales techniques
- Interact with clients in a hosting capacity to strengthen customer relationships and loyalty
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service
- Replenish stock and maintain high merchandise standards with rigorous quality control
- Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards
- Support store processes compliance and ensure adherence to operational protocols
Qualifications
- Prior experience in multinational brand environments
- Strong fashion sensitivity and knowledge of current fashion trends
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit

Experience
Prior experience in multinational brand environment; retail or luxury sector experience is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in fashion, business, or retail is preferred.
