Balenciaga seeks a Sales and Client Advisor in Hong Kong to drive in-store sales, deliver clienteling and uphold brand standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs by applying appropriate luxury retail sales techniques.
  • Act as the store host: greet clients, manage the buying journey and cultivate enduring relationships through bespoke clienteling.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and provide professional, informed advice on styles, features and trends.
  • Replenish stock, control product quality and ensure merchandise presentation complies with Balenciaga visual standards.
  • Preserve store cleanliness, tidiness and the grooming of customer-facing areas in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Support store operational processes, ensure compliance with procedures and follow up on management directives.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience within a multinational brand environment; previous luxury or premium retail experience is an advantage.
  • Keen product and fashion sensitivity with an informed understanding of current trends.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and collaborative team spirit.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with other digital retail tools.

Experience
