Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales and provide exemplary client and after-sales service.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the stock team to ensure optimal product rotation.
  • Deliver high-quality feedback and reports to management.
  • Address and report client complaints to the Department Manager or Associate Store Director.
  • Stay informed on market trends and conduct competitor analysis through mystery shopping.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.
  • Promote the brand's culture and ensure an excellent client experience.
  • Develop and maintain authentic client relationships.
  • Support management in store process compliance and follow-up.
  • Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
  • Manage store deliveries and shipments.
  • Contribute to stock control and inventory management.
  • Challenge and improve department processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher in any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, multi-tasking, self-motivated, and open-minded.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High sensitivity to clients’ experiences and loyalty.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and product sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Competency in PC skills such as MS Office and digital tools.

Experience
