Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs utilizing effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support compliance with all store processes and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably within the fashion industry.

Skills

Strong fashion sensitivity and knowledge of current trends. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

Experience

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with a background in fashion being advantageous.
