Role & Responsibilities

  • Utilize appropriate sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Act as a guide for customers, fostering interactions and establishing strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional and professional customer service.
  • Ensure inventory levels and product quality, and manage in-store displays and merchandise sales.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays meet company standards.
  • Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with international brands; relevant sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong sensitivity and discernment for brands, apparel, and fashion trends.
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to thrive in a challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other computer software.
