Balenciaga seeks a Sales & Client Advisor in Guangzhou (K11) to drive omnichannel sales and deliver exceptional luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs and qualitative performance objectives through proactive client engagement.
- Deliver an elevated, omnichannel client journey from in-store welcoming to after-sales follow-up, applying Balenciaga service standards.
- Present the Balenciaga universe and product narratives with a storytelling approach, advising clients on collections, styling and product features.
- Create, update and manage client portfolios and follow up using the Luce app to nurture long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising and product presentation guidelines across the sales floor.
- Process client transactions and omnichannel orders at the cash desk (in-store and remote), including M-xstore operations.
- Collaborate closely with stock/BOH teams to maintain product availability, handle deliveries, organise shipments and support inventory control.
- Report client feedback, requests and complaints to Store Management and provide high-quality market and client insight.
- Support Retail Excellence initiatives and take responsibility for front- and back-of-house processes to uphold operational standards.
- Act as an engaged team member: assist colleagues, facilitate teamwork and contribute to store sustainability objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail/sales experience for external hires; internal candidates typically with 1 year as Sales Associate and completion of Balenciaga onboarding/Omnichannel Client Journey training.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent client service in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and the ability to execute brand presentation standards.
- Capacity to perform both front-of-house and back-of-house duties independently, including cash handling and stock operations.
- Fluent communication skills with an ability to deliver persuasive storytelling and personalised client advice.

Experience
External candidates: minimum 2 years of relevant luxury or premium retail sales experience. Internal candidates: typically promoted after at least 1 year as a Sales Associate and completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is preferred.
