Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Address client requests and complaints, ensuring effective communication with the Management Team.
  • Provide insightful feedback regarding clients to the Management Team.
  • Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
  • Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
  • Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's values and ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Present the Balenciaga universe with a storytelling approach, offering tailored advice.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute product presentation guidelines.
  • Create and update the client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Participate in teamwork, assisting colleagues to enhance client experience and achieve goals.
  • Perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including processing transactions and managing deliveries.
  • Support after-sales services, ensuring adherence to omnichannel policies.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal candidates).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (for external candidates).

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in client relationship management. Knowledge of market and fashion trends. Competence in handling retail operations and transactions.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience is required for external candidates. Internal candidates should have completed the Balenciaga onboarding path and Omnichannel Client Journey training.
