Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor position in Chicago offering $22–$24/hr. Retail leadership role with keys responsibilities, store operations, and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Perform store opening and closing procedures according to company policy
- Organize and maintain stockroom accessibility for efficient merchandise retrieval
- Assist store management with day-to-day operational oversight
- Balance responsibilities across sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management
- Maintain professional interpersonal communication with all departments, stores, and staff
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately
- Implement and enforce store operations manual with consistency and attention to updates
- Enforce all company sustainability policies at local and global levels
- Monitor store shrinkage through operational excellence in coordination with stock and sales teams
- Ensure cash registers and safe function correctly; maintain back-of-house cash accuracy standards
- Facilitate timely bank deposits and reconciliation
- Implement visual display and merchandising according to company standards and direction
- Communicate visual standards and company information to team members
- Oversee daily cleaning and physical maintenance of interior and exterior store spaces
- Maintain highest standards in fixture, shelving, lighting, and supply presentation and functionality
- Monitor and maintain adequate supply levels at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum three or more years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
- Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual and store goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen

Skills
Experience
Minimum three or more years of experience in retail or fashion retail, with demonstrated success in sales-driven roles and store operations management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or retail management certification preferred.
