Role & Responsibilities
- Apply refined sales techniques to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Serve as a style guide and consultant, engaging with clients to establish meaningful and lasting relationships
- Articulate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver premium and professional client service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, merchandise quality, and proper in-store display standards
- Preserve store cleanliness and visual presentation in alignment with brand guidelines
- Adhere to all store policies, company operating procedures, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience working for international luxury brands or retail environment
- Demonstrated keen sensibility toward brand positioning, fashion trends, and contemporary design
- Strong sense of responsibility and genuine team collaboration mindset
