Balenciaga is seeking a Sales and Client Advisor for its Pacific Fair store in Broadbeach. The advisor will drive sales and KPIs, build customer relationships, provide professional service, maintain product presentation and quality, and support store processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using appropriate sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, engaging with them and consistently strengthening customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, delivering excellent and professional customer service.
- Replenish stock, maintain high merchandise standards and product presentation, and monitor product quality.
- Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, and the grooming and appearance of all areas in line with visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with and follow-up on all store processes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment; related experience is a plus.
- Product and fashion sensitivity, with good knowledge of fashion trends.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
