Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor role in Broadbeach, Australia. Drive luxury fashion sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Pacific Fair boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through strategic application of sales techniques
- Serve as a dedicated host for clients, cultivating strong and enduring customer relationships
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional and professional customer service
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation while performing quality control
- Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards, including personal grooming and appearance
- Support store process compliance and follow-up procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational luxury brand environment
- Demonstrable fashion sensitivity and knowledge of current fashion trends
- Strong sense of responsibility and collaborative team spirit
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
- Competency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools
