Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly KPI targets through strategic client engagement and sales performance
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a primary point of contact and brand ambassador
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge and deliver elevated client servicing across the collection
- Embody Balenciaga's core brand values including optimism, pragmatism, desirability, responsibility, fearlessness, sustainability, and inclusivity
- Replenish inventory, maintain merchandise quality standards, and conduct quality control assessments throughout the store
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness, tidiness, and professional appearance at all times

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational luxury brand environment
