Balenciaga is hiring a Sales and Client Advisor for its Saks Beverly Hills team to support store operations, sales, client service, inventory control, visual merchandising, and store maintenance. The role reports to the Store Director and offers an estimated hourly range of $23–$25.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals.
- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Keep the stockroom organized and merchandise accessible to staff.
- Assist management with the store’s day-to-day operations and help develop balanced capabilities across sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with departments, stores, colleagues, and staff.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback appropriately and promptly.
- Follow, implement, and enforce the store operations manual; provide feedback on updates or changes that may be needed.
- Enforce company sustainability policies at local and global levels.
- Partner with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team to reduce store shrinkage through sound operational execution.
- Ensure registers and the safe function properly; enforce back-of-house cash and change accuracy standards and make timely bank deposits.
- Assist with visual displays and merchandising in line with company standards and direction from the Store Manager or direct report.
- Communicate visual standards information from the Store Manager and Corporate to the team as needed.
- Oversee daily cleaning and upkeep of the store interior and exterior.
- Maintain fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, supplies, and other store property to high standards of function, presentation, and upkeep.
- Ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to drive results in a selling role and exceed individual and store goals.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen, supported by a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
- Strategic vision to develop the business and maintain a high level of personal performance.

Experience
3+ years in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
