Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Support and perform store opening and closing procedures in strict accordance with company policies.
- Organise and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient access to merchandise and accurate inventory control.
- Assist management with day-to-day store operations and staff coordination to ensure consistent execution of standards.
- Implement and enforce the store operations manual, visual merchandising directives and brand presentation guidelines.
- Manage cash handling procedures, registers and safe operations; ensure accuracy of change and timely bank deposits.
- Partner with the team to minimise shrinkage through disciplined operational practices and loss-prevention vigilance.
- Oversee store maintenance and presentation, ensuring fixtures, lighting, and supplies meet brand standards.
- Receive and action customer feedback and complaints promptly, preserving the brand experience and client relationships.
- Apply and promote the company's sustainability policies at a local store level.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar retail or fashion sales role, preferably within a luxury brand.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-value client experiences.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a genuine passion for fashion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with the capacity to contribute to business development and elevate personal performance.

Experience
At least three years' experience in retail selling or client advisory within fashion or luxury retail, demonstrating consistent sales performance and familiarity with store operations, merchandising and inventory control.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, luxury sales or hospitality training preferred.
