Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor position in Beijing. Full-time retail sales role requiring 2+ years experience in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a customer guide, engaging with customers and developing strong client relationships
- Ensure daily inventory accuracy and consistency
- Manage in-store merchandise display and presentation to maintain product quality standards
- Execute and maintain product merchandising displays and layouts
- Verify pricing accuracy and consistency across all product labels and tags
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in a store environment
- Luxury brand or premium retail experience preferred
