Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor role in Bangkok – drive luxury retail sales and deliver exceptional client experiences at Icon Siam.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through effective sales techniques and client engagement
- Serve as brand ambassador and host to customers, building and strengthening lasting client relationships
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, delivering professional and excellent customer service
- Manage stock replenishment, maintain high merchandise standards, and ensure quality control of all displayed products
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to visual merchandising standards across all retail areas
- Support store compliance processes and ensure consistent follow-up on operational protocols
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational brand retail environment preferred
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with current knowledge of fashion trends
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and collaborative team spirit
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office and digital tools
