Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Understand current products, trends, and collections to inform and engage customers.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
- Handle customer complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Stay updated with customer requirements and operating procedures.
- Be aware of daily sales targets and employ sales techniques to meet them.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies.
- Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
- Adhere to security and health and safety regulations.
- Open and close the store according to business needs and security protocols.
- Perform additional duties within the scope of the Sales Consultant role.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar sales role.
- Experience in customer service with face-to-face interaction.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is advantageous.
