Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

- Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
- Comply with Security and Health and Safety regulations.
- Open and close the store as needed, following company security protocols.
- Perform additional duties within the scope of the Sales Consultant role as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a customer service position with direct customer interaction.
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and Chinese.
