Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist local and international clients, delivering high‑quality, personalised service and product advice.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling techniques.
- Manage client relationships: collect and update customer data in the CRM and maintain the Client Book to grow the client portfolio.
- Support peers on the sales floor, share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Perform boutique housekeeping: merchandising, stock replenishment and visual standards consistent with house image.
- Embody and promote Balenciaga brand behaviours and service standards in every client interaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and post‑sales service expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in assisted sales within fashion, luxury or leather‑goods retail environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑centric mindset.
- Strong product sensibility and up‑to‑date knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- Commercially driven with demonstrated ability to deliver sales results.
- Flexible, curious, resilient under pressure and able to work collaboratively in a team.
- Digital proficiency and comfort using CRM systems and store digital tools.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
Skills
Experience
Previous assisted‑sales experience in luxury fashion or leather‑goods boutiques, with a track record of working with both local and international clients and achieving commercial targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a qualification in retail, fashion or luxury management is advantageous.
