Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver excellence in customer service delivery
  • Stay informed of current collections, trends, and product innovations to educate and inspire customers
  • Replenish inventory and uphold rigorous standards of merchandise presentation and visual merchandising
  • Address customer complaints and concerns with resolution-focused approach, escalating when necessary
  • Monitor daily sales targets and performance metrics, employing targeted sales techniques to achieve objectives
  • Adhere strictly to company procedures, policies, and health and safety regulations
  • Maintain personal presentation and appearance in alignment with Balenciaga brand standards
  • Execute store opening and closing procedures in compliance with company security protocols
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the Sales Advisor role

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in retail or hospitality sales environments
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with direct client interaction
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional language highly advantageous
  • Strong ability to communicate and build meaningful client relationships
  • Proven team player with collaborative approach to achieving shared objectives

Experience
